Thursday 2nd April- Reception

Morning Reception!

We hope you are enjoying your home learning this week.

PE with Joe Wicks at 9am on his YouTube channel. We are going to be so fit!

Literacy

In your pack there was a sheet about describing yourself. Have a go at this today. (Don’t worry if you can’t find it.)

What do you look like?

What do you like to eat?

What do you like to play with?

Tell us something special about you. E.g. I am kind because I help tidy up at home.

Draw a picture of yourself.

Maths

Shape Hunt

Go on a hunt around your house (or garden) and see how many shapes you can find.

Can you name the shapes when you see them?

Other

We would have made Easter cards at school this week. Can you make one for your family?

What does Easter mean to you? Watch these three clips from Let’s Celebrate to give you some ideas.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/cbeebies/watch/lets-celebrate-easter

Share these with us on Miss.goodswen@wfps.org.uk  or Mrs.hughes@wfps.org.uk

Have a lovely day.

We are missing you all.

    My favourite breakfast is honeyloops.

I like to play with my lego.

I have flowery trousers on. I am tall, my hair is blonde. I have blue eyes.

I am kind to people when they fall over.

Elsbeth said she likes making castles.

We have just finished our shape hunt, we made a tally chart to count how many we found.

WOW! I would love to see one of your castles once we are back in school.
Maybe next time you could have a race to see who can find the most shapes.
