Tuesday 21st April – Years 2 & 3

Good morning everyone,

Happy Tuesday! We hope that you’ve had a good start to the week. It sounds like lots of you enjoyed yesterday’s dragon task. Hopefully you’ve been enjoying the sunshine too. Have you seen us singing As One yet? If not, the video is on another blog post and on the school Twitter – ask an adult to find it for you!

Here are some activities to keep you busy today:

Start your day with PE with Joe Wicks.

Science video link: https://www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize/clips/ztfnvcw

Just as we do at school, try to finish your day with a story or perhaps read something different such as some instructions, a non-fiction book or a poem.

Please post a comment or email us to share what you have done!

Have a good day,

Mr Bettles, Miss Bailey, Mrs Hackney & Miss Shah

    Good Morning All,

Maximus has completed all the task’s suggested, we are having to keep an eye on things and make sure that he doesn’t rush everything.
He has also been doing some film reviews and watching things that he wouldn’t normally look to watch, i.e. Goodnight MR Tom.

Thank you, I’m sure Max has other things (computer games maybe?) that he would rather be doing which is why he rushes. That’s brilliant that he is watching a range of different films and reviewing them. I wonder if he could recommend one that he thinks we might like to watch?

Well done, Lucas. The exclamation mark can also be used when writing an exclamation such as ‘What a beautiful day!’
Can you write your own example?
      Miss Bailey 🙂

I had pizza for my dinner last night, so I used the cardboard pizza base to make my timetable target. I did the four timetable. I enjoyed doing this task. from Zac Bee Y2.
