Hello Luella,
Glad you are completing the activities and thank you for sending me photos of it all by email! Maybe you can tell all the other children about where to always begin when using a ruler?
Miss Shah 🙂
Dear Mrs Hackney are you felling well I fell a bit sad because i cant see all the teachers and all of the children in my class.
Hello Ruby,
I am feeling well, thank you for asking. Don’t be sad, we will all see each other soon I’m sure. I miss you all too but you need to enjoy this time!! I am loving your messages, it makes me very happy in this time.

I learnt that Emmeline Pankherst was born on 14th July 1858. She couldn’t vote for herself and this made her feel unhappy. In the end she got her own way though.
Ruby N
Thank you for that information, I don’t know much about Emmeline Pankherst so you have taught me something new today! She sounds like a very strong lady who fought for her rights. What an inspiration she is!
Mrs Hackney
Hello! Rachel left you a message yesterday, but maybe not in a place where you can easily find it. It’s here: http://wfpsblogs.net/2020/05/10/year-2-home-learning-week-beginning-11th-may/lesson-1measure-length-cm/
Thank you, sorry to have missed it… I have now replied.
Mrs Hackney
Dear Mrs Hackney,
During maths today, i did extra mathsbot work
Well done Ruby – it is always great to keep practicing those skills!
Mrs Hackney
Dear Mrs Hackney my TT Rockstars code is not working
Ruby, are you using the one from your homework book? I have your code to give you but will need to email it privately so no one else can see it. Perhaps you could ask a teacher at school to message me and I can get them to pass it on to you?
Mrs Hackney
Dear Mrs Hackney
Please may you play TT Rockstars today
I am on it right now Ruby. I can see it is close between the teachers and students… I can also see that you’ve been playing too 🙂
Keep going!!
Mrs Hackney
