Mental Awareness Week #kindnessmatters
We hope you have been showing lots of kindness throughout the week so far, whether that is helping family members around the house or within the wider community. We often focus on spreading kindness to other especially in these times where people need a bit of extra support. But it can be easy to forget that we also need to take time to be kind to ourselves.Â
We would like you to have a go at a challenge for ADULTS and CHILDREN! 15 minutes is just 1% of your day. We are challenging you to dedicate that 1% to doing something kind for yourself, just for 15 minutes each day.
