Reception- 15th June 2020

Hello Reception,

We hope you are all well and have been enjoying learning at home. We have lots to keep you busy with this week, including a special maths challenge.

Maths and Literacy

We are working on week 7, dated the 8th June.

Maths challenge

Can you learn to double numbers up to 10? This is something we always learn during the summer term in Reception. Use actual objects to find the answers first to ensure you understand to double, you need two lots of the same number.

Phonics

Charlotte had fun building a blanket den today. We have a photo to send to Mrs Hughes. She also did a lesson called glitter germs on Oak academy as we had completed the one above. It was a good lesson on how germs get on school uniforms. She finished the day with the School sports basketball challenge ?

Sounds like a very busy day Charlotte! 🙂 Thank you for sending in your photo. Did you enjoy the basketball? Both my boys are basketball fans- we have the bouncing of basketballs in the garden most days! Mrs Bacon 🙂
