Hello Year 2,
We are very sad that this is our last video before the summer holidays.
It does however, include another baking video! If you do decide to bake with me, please make sure you have an adult’s help and permission.
Here is the recipe:
112g unsalted butter
112g caster sugar
175g self-raising flour
85g condensed mik
1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
2. In a large bowl, cream the butter, sugar and condensed milk until pale. Mix in the flour and then work in the chocolate and raspberries.
3. Take a small handful of dough and flatten with your fingers. Place onto parchment lined baking trays spacing well apart and bake for about 15-18 minutes or until golden brown at the edges but still a little soft.
4. Leave to cool slightly and set before transferring to a cooling rack!
